Cancellation Terms and Procedures

At Rigavo, customer satisfaction is our top priority. We handle reservation cancellations transparently and fairly. Below are the details of our cancellation policy:

• Cancellation Window: Cancellations made at least 14 days before the reservation date are eligible for a full refund.

• Late Cancellations: Cancellations made 7–13 days before the reservation date receive a 50% refund.

• Last-Minute Cancellations: Cancellations made less than 6 days before the reservation date are non-refundable.

• Weather Conditions: If a trip is canceled due to adverse weather, an alternative date will be offered or a full refund will be issued.

• Cancellation Request: All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing to [email protected].
